Steps

Soak rice in water for 2-3 hours. Now crush it but it has to be chunky.

In a pan boil milk, after 1 boil add crushed rice into it. Let it cook untill rice start cooking. Now add sugar into it.

Now add fresh grated coconut & coconut milk/ cream into it. Let it cook untill sugar melts and rice cooked..

Stir continuously to avoid lumps

Cover the lid for 5 mins untill you get a nice thick consistency.

Garnish it with almonds & rose patles. You can also add any dry fruits you like.
