Ingredients

  • 1 cuprava
  • 4large sized potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1/2 cupcrushed peanuts
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 1/2 tsppav bhaji masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixture bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Make small size rolls of this dough and fry until golden brown.

    Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
