Ingredients

  1. About 200g of halal meat mince
  2. 2-3medium handfulls coursley chopped coriander
  3. Garlic, ginger, salt, plain paprika powder, turmeric
  4. Halfa medium size Onion chopped
  5. Spring onion
  6. Deseeded green chilli
  7. Egg as a binder in the filling (not used here)

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove excess liquids from meat.Mix the mince and the ingredients marinate for hours or night over.now here is a trial for cilantro- in -marinade..(so will need read report review previews etc basically the expermntalysy of this so..e.g. flavor change development sour or bitter)

    It is important not to have watery mixture e.g. on Browning the meat (or what ever will cause watery)

    Leave mixture to cool if you will add cheese or egg you can do after placing on the wrap

    Meanwhile.make the wrap.by using flour,black seed optional,salt and oil

    Making the dough and balls: the dough can be similar to chapati but bit softer.use some flour sprinkle or water to manage the dough stickiness etc

    For the rounds,Either Make a large one and into pieces cut after or make smaller individual ones.here made rectangles/swuares and later cut in halves or quater

    Then make it thinly rolled out,by stretching as needed.can see in pic and achieve similar result or better!,inshaallah.add fillings.and close /envelop the mutabbaqs

    Simply complete for all rest and pan fry with some oil to get nice Browning and hopefully a crust,or in this case no crust as such

food is a blessing from the almighty...if u lov food .try feeding ..while you can feed yourself still... or nurturing basically . mayb some advise wud b keep your resources resoursefulnes creativity talent and zest 4 good things n the right ways..in life...n safe and available in the right ways...so manage your recipes and ..i say this is one way of a system that allows 2 do that and mayb even more...right ?!?thnk.uu.remain blesed!!
