Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • For the filling/stuffing
  • 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspsaunf/fennel seeds
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all ingredients for dough and knead a dough(puri type)

  2. 2

    Heat oil, roast the besan till golden brown. Add the spices, salt. Keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Now take the dough, make balls, roll one ball and add the stuffing and close the ball. Roll it again.

  4. 4

    Heat a tawa roast in on both sides til golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve it with green chilli, curd and pickle.
