  • 1/2 cupcooked pumpkin blended with milk
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 1medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper

    Suet the onions in the oil.

    Add the pumpkin leaves and cook until almost ready.

  3. 3

    Add the pumpkin-milk puree and lemon juice and cook to finish.

    Season.
