Ingredients

350ml
  • 1 canchickpeas
  • 1 teaspoonolive oil
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 2ripe avocados (peeled)
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 3 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 1/2 cupfresh parsley/spring onion/coriander/celery
  • 1 teaspooncapers (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspooncumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper

  1. 1

    Drain and rinse chickpeas well.

    Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan and roast garlic cut in half for 2 minutes.

    Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.

    For a more creamier taste replace the 1 can chickpeas with 1 can butter beans.

    Perfect to store in the freezer. Take out the night before.
