Avocado Humus
A combination between humus and guacamole, perfect for a dip or spread
Steps

Drain and rinse chickpeas well.

Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan and roast garlic cut in half for 2 minutes.

Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.

For a more creamier taste replace the 1 can chickpeas with 1 can butter beans.

Perfect to store in the freezer. Take out the night before.
