Cut lauki into cubes and wash it. Cut tomato into small cubes and cut onion into slices.

Take a pot and add oil then add onion, fry onion till it's light brown then add tomato, green chilli and all spices then add some water and cook for 10 mins.

Then add lauki and 1 cup of water and knorr cube then cook it on low flame until the lauki is tender.

Zaeqedar lauki ki sabzi tayyar......

Serve with chapati or boil rice
