Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250 g)flour
  • 1 tbsp (15 g)sugar
  • 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 11/4 tspsalt
  • 2 1/2 tsp (10 g)baking powder
  • 5 tbsp (70 g)cold unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup (200 g)cold buttermilk
  • 140 gMozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp (30 g)butter
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspfresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced

Steps

    Preheat oven.

  2. 2

    Grease the tray.

  3. 3

    In a bowl whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and garlic powder.

  4. 4

    Add the butter.mix well

  5. 5

    Add the cold buttermilk and knead gently to bring it together.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Cut the Mozzarella cheese in small cubes for filling.

  8. 8

    Dust the working surface with flour and roll the dough into a rectangle sheet.

  9. 9

    Cut the sheet it rectangle shape.

  10. 10

    Now slice each of the rectangles into 2 triangles.

  11. 11

    In each triangle stuff a cheese cube and roll it in shape of croissant.

  12. 12

    Place it on a baking tray.

  13. 13

    In a small bowl add butter salt parsley and garlic.

  14. 14

    Brush the mixed butter to croissant.

  15. 15

    Bake it at 250 degrees for 15-20mins
