Firstly,take a pressure cooker add butter,then add onion saute it,add ginger garlic paste.

Saute it for 5 min. Onion change colour add chopped tomatoes and chilli.Add all spices and sute it in low flame for 10 min.

Add chopped pumpkin and chopped potatoes mix it well add 2 cup water. In the high flame 4 whistle cook your Bhaji.

Open the lid with masher or blender mash all veggies.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Serve your pumpkin Bhaji add butter,spring onion and pav.
