Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpumpkin (peeled and cut in cubes)
  2. 2medium potatoes (peeled and cut in cubes)
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 3tomato chopped
  6. 2green chilli chopped
  7. 2 tbsppav Bhaji masala
  8. As neededButter
  9. As neededSalt
  10. For Garnish
  11. Some Coriander leaves chopped
  12. 1Lemon
  13. As neededPav
  14. Butter
  15. 5 tspspring onion

Steps

30 min.
  1. 1

    Firstly,take a pressure cooker add butter,then add onion saute it,add ginger garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Saute it for 5 min. Onion change colour add chopped tomatoes and chilli.Add all spices and sute it in low flame for 10 min.

  3. 3

    Add chopped pumpkin and chopped potatoes mix it well add 2 cup water. In the high flame 4 whistle cook your Bhaji.

    Open the lid with masher or blender mash all veggies.

  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Serve your pumpkin Bhaji add butter,spring onion and pav.
