In a wide pan, add oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.

Add thinly sliced onion and saute till golden brown.

Add cut tomatoes to it and saute till it is dry.

Add all the masala powders listed along with ginger garlic paste and salt.

Saute till it is well cooked and dry.

Add a cup of water and let it boil.

Add the fish cubes and let it cook well.

Cook till the water is completely absorbed and dry.

Add coriander leaves, curry leaves, lemon juice and stir.

Serve hot with sambar rice,rasam rice etc.
