Steps

Take a bowl put 2 tbsp maida, salt sugar yeast water.

Mix and keep aside for 15 mins.

Now take remaining maida, make a dent put above mixture.

Make a dough.

Keep aside for 10 mins.

Preheat oven at 250-degrees.

Take 30 to 40 gms of dough and give the desired shape. Arrange them on a baking tray.

Let them rise for 25-30 mins. and give milk.

Bake it at 250 degrees for 25-30 mins or till the desired colour.
