Ingredients

3-4 members
  • 1/2 cupall-purpose Flour/ Maida
  • 1 tspcorn flour (main ingredient)
  • 1 tspcurd or yoghurt
  • 1/8 tspyellow food colour liquid
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • As neededOil / ghee
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a pan put sugar and water and make chashni of it now add 1tsp lemon juice and cool it

  2. 2

    Now a bowl put maida, cornflour, food colour, Vinegar, water and mix it well and a unused ketchup Bottle now put jalebi batter into it

  3. 3

    Take a kadai put oil and 1tbs ghee now make jalebis and put it in chashni and enjoy....
