Ingredients: 1/2 cup all-purpose Flour/ Maida; 1 tsp corn flour (main ingredient); 1 tsp curd or yoghurt; 1/8 tsp yellow food colour liquid; 1 tsp vinegar; As needed Oil / ghee; 1 cup sugar; 1/4 cup water; 1 tsp lemon juice

Ingredients

3-4 members

1/2 cupall-purpose Flour/ Maida
1 tspcorn flour (main ingredient)
1 tspcurd or yoghurt
1/8 tspyellow food colour liquid
1 tspvinegar
As neededOil / ghee
1 cupsugar
1/4 cupwater
1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

First take a pan put sugar and water and make chashni of it now add 1tsp lemon juice and cool it

Now a bowl put maida, cornflour, food colour, Vinegar, water and mix it well and a unused ketchup Bottle now put jalebi batter into it
3

Take a kadai put oil and 1tbs ghee now make jalebis and put it in chashni and enjoy....
