Instant Fried Noodles

Instant Fried Noodles is the idea that blink in my mind when I fried boiled noodles and it becomes thin while frying it and it's taste is also not as per we got served outside with soup or Chinese bhel etc. So, I know noodles made from all-purpose flour and to make it crunchy I tried of rice flour and made instant and can't believe it taste and crunch is same like we outside. Even we can store it for 10-15 days and can make Chinese bhel or any other dish from it. My new experiment became successful.

Ingredients

15-20 mins
2-3 servings
  • 2 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 1/4 tbspoil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tsp salt
  • As neededOil to fry

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl take all-purpose flour and rice flour. Add salt and oil. Please not that in dough should not add more oil, otherwise noodles became soft. Mix all, Gradually add water and Knead tight dough. Rest it for 5-10 min

    Now Grease oil in sev making machine and heat oil for frying. After resting dough Knead it well and add to the sev machine and gradually make noodles directly on hot oil. Fry it till it becomes crunchy. Don't let it over fry till golden brown colour.

    While frying when bubble stop creating our noodles is ready. Take it out and let it cool down to normal temperature. Now you can store it in air tight container. And even use to make dish out of it when e want. Super easy to cook and no compromise on taste.
