Veg burger
Homemade burger. Without oven. healthy and tasty

Cut burger buns into two halfs horizontally.. roast on tawa wit butter(inner sides only) place cheese slice on lower part of buns.. add capsicum onion tomato cabbage slices on it..apply tomato sauce and veg mania sauce all over... sprinkle little salt and pepper... and place the upper part of buns over it... keep it on tawa for 2min in low flame.. Switch of the flame..(make sure not to over fry the lower part of bun) later serve wit tomato ketchup..

Same recipe can made wit egg omlet or aloo cutlet.. can also be done wit oven..
