I made this cake for the first time and result was really awesome. Abhi take sirf socha Tha mango cake ko bananay Kay liyae Lakin mangomasti contest ki wajah say banaya. Everyone in family enjoy this and today some guest also came and they also enjoy too much. 😇

Steps

Take a bowl and steave flour and baking powder in it. Keep a side

Take another bowl and add oil, sugar, milk, mango puree and egg in it

Mix all the ingredients well so that sugar dissolves well

Than add dry flour mixture and mix nicely

Now take a baking dish and grease with oil and dust with dry flour. Remove extra flour from it

Now pour cake batter into baking pan and keep in pre heated oven at 175 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Or depends upon your own oven baking time

Check the cake by poking toothpick into it. If it come out clean than cake is ready.

Take out from oven and let it cool.

After that spread a knife at edges and take out cake from baking pan

Flatten the top surface of cake by cutting with sharf knife and keep a side

To Prepare mango glaze take 1/2 cup mango puree in a sauce pan

Add sugar and water into it and cook well

Than add corn flour by dissolving in 2_3 tbsp of water and cook again till desire consistency(not too thick or not too runny)

Let glaze cool

When glaze cool down completely apply it over the top of cake surface. Cover surface completely.

Now fill chocolate syrup and make design over cake. Let it settle for 1/2 hr before surving

Mango glazed cake is ready to serve after 1/2 hour. Enjoy with your family and friends
