Steps

Firstly heat a pen add baking soda, salt and let it dry roast, take it out from pan.

Now in bowl add oil, water, roasted soda, salt and mix it well.

In mixing bowl take gram flour and add oil and water mixture gradually and knead a soft dough.

Now heat oil and make gathiya in hot oil with 'jara' by pushed with your hands.

After it turns a little golden take it out, sprinkle hing and serve with curd or tea.
