Grilled Schezwan Aloo cheese sandwiches

These sandwiches are very tasty and healthy. Here I have given a spicy twist by adding schezwan chutney to the stuffing . My kids loved it .

These sandwiches are very tasty and healthy. Here I have given a spicy twist by adding schezwan chutney to the stuffing . My kids loved it .
Steps

Keep the vegetables ready.

Heat a Kadhai and put oil when hot add in the chopped onion, green chillies, ginger & garlic. Sauté well for a few minutes.

Then add the turmeric powder,salt and chilli powder and mix well

Later add chopped tomatoes and capsicum. Let it cook for a few minutes.

Then add the boiled potato. Mash it with your hands and add it. Then put the schezwan chutney in it. And mix everything well.

Cook for a minute then turn off the heat.

Keep the bread and cheese slices ready

Now take little potato mixture apply on one slice put a cheese slice on top and close it with another bread slice.

Apply ghee or butter on top. Heat a grill pan and then place the bread on the pan and grill them from both sides till nice and crisp.

Serve hot with tea or coffee
