  1. 250 gmBeef mince (keema)
  2. Dough Refined flour (maida) as required
  3. 1 tablespoonghee
  4. 1 tbspGarlic chopped
  5. 1medium Onion finely chopped
  6. 1-2Green chillies finely chopped
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1 tspRoasted Cumin powder roasted
  9. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  10. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 2 tbspFresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  12. to tastesalt
  13. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, ginger and saute for 30 seconds. Add onion and saute till translucent. Add green chillies and saute

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder, mix and cook for 1 minute.

    Add mutton mince, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, mix and cook for 10 minutes or till beef is done. Add coriander leaves, mix and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.

    Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
    Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Make cavity in each ball; put some beef mixture and seal. Roll out each stuffed portion with a rolling pin into small thick discs.

    Deep-fry kachoris in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

    Serve hot

Kindly mention the quantity of flour which you are using in recipe.
1 cup , 2 cup and how much.
