Ingredients

10 minutes
~1.5 Cups
  • 1/2 cupolive oil
  • 2 tbsp.Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cupchopped flat leaf parsley
  • 3-4 clovesminced garlic
  • 2small chillies (seeded and diced)
  • 3/4 tspfresh or dried oregano
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspcoarse sea salt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together and place in a clean jar with seal.

    Refrigerate and leave for a day to let flavours combine.

  3. 3

    Lasts about 6 months. Unless its all eaten first.
