Ingredients

10 minutes

~1.5 Cups

1/2 cupolive oil
2 tbsp.Red wine vinegar
1/2 cupchopped flat leaf parsley
3-4 clovesminced garlic
2small chillies (seeded and diced)
3/4 tspfresh or dried oregano
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tspcoarse sea salt

Steps

10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and place in a clean jar with seal.

Refrigerate and leave for a day to let flavours combine.

Lasts about 6 months. Unless its all eaten first.
