Ingredients

15 minutes
5 servings
  • 150 mlEvaporated milk
  • 300 mlDouble thick cream
  • 2mangoes or a can of mango pulp
  • 50 gmssugar
  • Finely chopped almonds and pistachios optional
  • Yellow edible colouring optional

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Blitz the mango pulp to a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Add sugar. Mix it with a mixer. Add couple of drops of food colouring.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture in a box. Now add the chopped almonds and pistachios. Stir it with a spoon.

  4. 4

    Freeze it for 4-5 hours before serving.
