Steps

Roast Brinjal on medium flame. Clean it.

Chopped onion, green chilli, and ginger.

Take pan, after heating mix jeera and whole chilli in it. After that mix ginger chilli and onion in it. Cook for ten minutes.

After this mix brinjal into it and mix well.

Now add coriander powder, kashmiri red powder,garam masala in it. After that mix chopped tomato in it and add salt also according to taste.

After 10 minutes your bharta is ready.
