Inside it’s sticky like eclairs chocolate, mango filling inside outside yum chocolate, not kids all loves this flavor. Now here you will get two recipes one is candy and other is instant mango pedha

I used fresh mango, you can used readymade pulp as well but the use 1 tbsp sugar, as it already contains sugar.

Mix sugar, pulp, ghee and mix it then add milk powder slowly slowly and keep mixing it.

Now microwave it for 30 sec, it will come up, rotate spoon once.

Repeat this process for 3 mins in the same way. Use a bigger pot for this, at least double capacity. It will now little thick. Cool this mango pulp mixture in the freeze, Make small balls.

Between the time microwave chocolates for 30 sec, make smooth paste.

Now dip the balls in chocolate paste. The mango will spread little cause of hot chocolate but till to chocolate set to firm.

If you want cool it little in freeze to set fast. Ready to taste this sticky yummy candies.
