Steps

For the stuffing, crush paneer and add little onion, tomato, green chilli, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix it properly

Take the papad and cut in half if size is big. Moist it using water and add the stuffing and seal it from all sides.

Add some oil in frying pan and put the papad. Fry till golden brown.

For the gravy, take oil in pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Fry till golden brown.

Once done add in the tomato, tomato puree and masala and give a nice stir. Add little water and let the gravy cook.

Once the gravy is cooked place in the fried papad and cook for few seconds.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or chapati.
