Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupCondersed milk/curd/buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoonVanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/4 tablespoonOil
  • All purpose flour
  • Milk powder(optional)
  • Baking powder
  • Water/milk
  • For the icing
  • Hot water
  • Powdered sugar or sugar
  • 1 teaspoonVanilla essence
  • 1 cupicing sugar
  • Strawberry essence
  • Milk
  • Method for the cake👇

Steps

    Preheat your oven at 180°c

  2. 2

    Sieve milk powder and baking powder continue mixing until fluffy

  3. 3

    Grease the baking tin with butter/margarine and flour

  4. 4

    Keep the mixture in the baking tin.

    Tap the baking tin to move air bubbles.

  6. 6

    Then place into the over

    Method for the icing👇

  8. 8

    Mix hot water sugar and vanilla essence untill it has cooled completely this is the vanilla syrup

  9. 9

    Beat icing sugar,strawberry essence and milk until fluffy.

    Cut the cake in 3 parts

  11. 11

    Place the first layer brush with vanilla syrup

    Spread icing sugar. Then place the second layer do the same as the first layer.

    Then place the last layer to the

    The place the last layer do the same ice the whole cake.

  15. 15

    Keep the cake in the fride for 20mins
