Most french fry recipes involve frying or a lot of time in the oven, or maybe a lot of prep. I adjusted from lots of recipes to suit what I like and to make it easier and quicker. These potato wedges are delicious and my family loves them! samantha.purdy.104 -

I've been eating these potato wedges since I was a kid. Feel free to check out to my other recipe, "Rich Mashed Potatoes",.You can dust these potato wedges with flour before frying if you'd like. They also taste delicious when sprinkled with fried chicken seasoning. Check to see if these wedges are done by inserting a skewer. If they're soft then they're ready. Feel free to sprinkle on some black pepper or herb salt too. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

This was a recipe on the back of a kosher salt box about 15 years ago. I have tweaked the recipe over the years and made it my own. Makes for a great side to bring to parties, or you can freeze and have it when convenient. A-Bomb -

These are great for when I want to eat some wedges but don't feel like going out to buy any or deep-frying anything.I just made these easily when I felt like having some. You can make these in the toaster oven rather than a conventional oven.If you use an actual oven, they come out nicely if baked for 5 minutes at 200℃. Recipe by aramassan cookpad.japan -
