Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2pork chops
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspmiso paste (white)
  • 1 tspmustard (english)
  • Broccoli
  • Chestnut mushrooms
  • Sweet corn
  • 1 tspGarlic salt
  • 1 tspChinese 5spice
  • 2 tbspsesame oil

  1. 1

    Grab the broccoli and cut in to florets enough for 2 people then chop the chestnut mushrooms again as much as you like. Then wok on medium heat in goes 2 tbsp of sesame oil followed buy broccoli & mushrooms then sweetcorn. Cook for around 6 to 8 mi Tues stirring through regularly then add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of chinesse 5 spice then garlic salt stir through and cook till broccoli is to you liking.

    Pan on medium heat add the pork to the pan and beging cooking. While that's cooking add to a bowl 2 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tsp of miso paste 1 tsp of mustard stir to geather until paste is smooth and add to the pan covering both side of the pork and cook u till pork is ready.
