First of all, soak lentils and rice and fenugreek seeds in different parts and let it soak all night. After this, finely grind it into a mixer jar and make a paste. Now leave it for 4-5 hours.

Now mix the solution well and add a little salt according to taste. Now put a spoonful of shell on the pan.

With the help of a spoon, slowly move it round with light hands.

Allow the dosa to cook till it becomes golden and after it becomes golden, prepare it in round shape. Your plain dosa is ready, serve it with chutney, spices and sambhar.
