Ingredients

2big or 4 small marie biscuits
1 cupthickened cream
1/2 cupsugar
4 tbspbutter
1/2 cupcocoa powder
2beaten egg
1 tspvanilla essence
1/2 cupwalnut (chopped)
For chocolate sauce:
150 gmsdark chocolate
1/2 cupthickened cream
White chocolate, coconut and walnuts for decoration

Break the marie biscuits into small pieces.

In double boiling method melt thickened cream. Add cocoa powder, eggs, sugar, butter and whisk till butter combines completely. Keep whisking till the mixture turns smooth and silky on a double boiler. Add in 1 tsp vanilla essence and walnuts.

Pour the prepared chocolate mixture over biscuit pieces. Mix well combining everything.

A)You can put in mixture in a ziplock bag. Press it down at the bottom. Roll the bag and put it in the freezer overnight.

B)transfer the mixture into 8 inch springform cake pan. Level up and press tight with the help of a spoon making sure the base is tight. Keep in freezer overnight allowing it to set.

Meanwhile prepare the chocolate sauce by melting 150 gms dark chocolate in double boiling method. Additionally add 1/2 cup thickened cream and whisk till smooth. Keep whisking till the mixture turns smooth and silky.

Pour the prepared chocolate sauce into prepared biscuit cake.

Decorate it with white chocolate, coconut and walnuts.
