Steps

Take a bowl and add pumpkin, spinach, coriander, chilli ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, half crushed coriander seeds and black pepper.

Mix it well.

Now add step by step (slowly) and make a thick batter and give it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now take a non-stick pan and brush it with oil and pour the batter on the pan and make small circles of the batter.

Cook it for 2 minutes and turn the side and again cook for 2 minutes and take it in the serving plate and sprinkle chat masala and serve it.

Now take another 2 fritters and spread mint chutney on one of them put another on it.

Now take another serving plate and place them and sprinkle chat masala and serve it with mint chutney.
