1 ounceButter / oil (3 table spoons)
1 ounceAll-purpose flour
1 cupmilk or as per required
1 pinchNutmeg
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchblack paper

Add butter into the Pan and when melted.

Add all-purpose flour and steering untill well combined.

Add Milk gradually and make sure not lumps remaining, when you got your desirable thikness gas flame off

Then add Salt, black paper and Nutmeg
