Take a big bowl and all dry ingredients sieve in it and mix well.Then add milk and oil in the dry mix and mix it well with the help of a whisk.Whisk it for 5 mints cut and fold method.

Keep container in pre heated oven for 30 mints.After 30 mint check cake with a toothpick.Dip in it the center of the cake.If it comes out clean then it 's cooked,if not then it still needs cooking.Put it back in the oven for few minutes and check again.
