This no bake pastry is a mixture of biscuits and chocolate ganache that is so quick and easy to make.

Break the biscuits coarsely.

In a bowl, take equal quantity of cream and chocolate and melt it in microwave or using double boiler method. Mix well.

Add the biscuits to the ganache and mix well. Keep 2-3 tbsp ganache aside for later.

Fill the biscuit mixture in a pastry tin and spread evenly. Freeze for 5 minutes.

Remove and unmould the pastry. Pour some ganache over and sprinkle some almond flakes.
