Ingredients

  1. Chocolate Fudge
  2. 150 gmdark chocolate
  3. 1 canmilkmaid
  4. as neededShaving of almonds
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Chocolate shake
  7. 1 glassmilk
  8. 2 scoopvanilla icecream
  9. 1/2 cupdry fruits (Chopped walnuts and almonds)
  10. 1 tspchocolate syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

To make fudge chop dark chocolate and add them into a saucepan. To this add milkmaid. On medium flam stir them till chocolate melt and mix well with milkmaid. Stir them continuously so that chocolate won't stick to the bottom of the pan or get burned. To this add pinch of salt to help cut the sweetness of condensed milk. Once chocolate starts to thicken then add almond shavings to it and mix really well.

  2. 2

Take a box or any dish of your choice, and lined it with butter paper. I made the mistake of just greasing the box with butter which didn't pan out well for me so use butter paper and pour the chocolate fudge in it and let it set in refrigerator for 6-7 hours. Once set cut it into pieces and enjoy.

  3. 3

After setting the fudge. I took the pan in which I made the fudge and added milk in it. A lot of fudge was stuck to the bottom and sides of the pan, so as not to waste anything I added a glass of milk to the pan and boil it for 5 minutes so all the chocolate could get mixed in it. Cool down this chocolate milk and it's ready to drink. To serve this chocolate milk I drizzled some chocolate syrup on the sides of a glass and added a scoop of icecream to it. Then add chopped almonds and walnuts

  4. 4

Then add prepared chocolate milk to the glass. Lastly top it with another scoop of icecream, garnish it with some chocolate shavings and walnuts. You can add orio or any chocolate biscuits of your choice as well and your favourite chocolate milk shake is ready to enjoy.
