Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

First, wash the shrimp and chop them (I chopped them into three pieces and they are medium-sized). Marinate them in lime juice with salt and pepper. I like them to turn a nice pink color.

  2. 2

Wash and chop the vegetables, except for the avocado, which should be done at the end. Combine everything in a bowl.

  3. 3

After about 10 minutes, drain the shrimp and add them to the vegetables. Mix and add Maggi seasoning and clamato, adjusting to taste. Also, add the juice of one or two limes, more salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

Chill for as long as you like, then serve on tostadas with avocado. You can add Valentina sauce or anything else you like. Enjoy!
