Firstly seive flour and add salt, ajwyan and oil, mesh them and make soft dough and keep aside for 1/2hours cover with a wet cloth

Now take a pan, add 2tbs oil, now add spices garlic, green chilli, sauf and jeera, crackle it add chopped onion, Cook till onion became pink now add coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt, saute them, add raisins and cashew nuts, chat masala and sattu mix them well and allow to cool and when cool make balls from it

Now take dough, take small portion from it and make kachori from it and deep fry in slow falme, crispy kachori ready

Enjoy with curd and sauce
