  • 1 kgmeat(diced)
  • 6green beans(diced)
  • 2 table spoonpeas
  • 2large Carrots(cubed)
  • 1large onion(sliced)
  • 3Sscotch bonnet(diced)
  • 2large green bell pepper(diced)
  • Spices and seasoning

  1. 1

    Parboil rice with peas

    Stir fry your meat, onions, carrots, green beans etc on a pan

    Add spices and your parboiled rice and mix then cover for some minutes to cook.
