Ingredients

45 minutes
6 to 8 person
  • 6-8Bread slice depend on the size of bread cut in triangle
  • 1/2 kgMilk (Tetra pack)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp khoya (heaped)
  • 1/2 tspGreen cardamom
  • 2 tbspKewra water
  • 1/2 cupghee for frying
  • Almond and pistachios silver paper for garnishing

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the frying pan and melt the ghee. Fry all bread slices from both sides into a golden colour. Put them on a side. Meanwhile take a pot add milk, sugar, khoya, green cardamom and cook in low flame, giving it a stir every now & cook till milk becomes little thick.Add kewra water.

    Take a serving dish and place the fried bread slices and pour all hot thick milk.(remember bread soaks the milk

  3. 3

    When shahi tukra's & milk are on room temperature garnish with Almonds & Pistachios & serve.

  4. 4

    If you want hot serving or cold,so I prefer cold serving
