  1. 7-8 tbspbesan/gram flour
  2. 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1Chopped onion
  5. 2 tbspChopped coriander
  6. 1 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  7. 1 tspSaunf/fennel powder
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 1 pinchBaking soda
  10. As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix in the besan all the ingredients. Mix chopped onions and coriander and form a paste thick enough that sets on the spoon.

  2. 2

    Heat oil on med high flame and drop the batter on by one and fry them until cooked and turns light brown..

  3. 3

    Have it any way as you Iike with ketchup, chutney, tea, coffee etc as you like
