Take a big bowl add cream, sugar and mix it well.

Then on other hand take a strainer add maida, baking powder, baking soda and strain all the 3 ingridentsThen mix these 3 ingredients in cream sugar batter then add vanilla essence and milk slowly and mix it batter well.

Then separate the batter in parts add 4 spoon of coco powder in one part and second remain as it is white.

Then take a dosa pan on gas grease it with ghee the put one spoon of white batter on the in the middle put brown part of batter in these way cover whole the dosa pan with batter and cover it with the plate and on the gas and low the flame. Bake it for 7 to 10 mins.

After the swiss roll will remove it from the dosa pan with the help of flat spoon.

Put it on butter paper then put jam on the opposite side of swiss roll and spread all over it.Then roll the swiss roll cover it with butter paper and put it in the refrigerator for half hours.

After half hour it will set properly the cut it into pieces and ready to serve zebra jam swiss roll.
