Ingredients

1 Serving
  • 1 cupBrussels sprouts
  • PinchSalt
  • 1/8 tspPepper
  • 1tblsp Balsamic vinegar

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Add oil into pan and on low to medium heat, slowly cook brussel sprouts till charred. Add salt and pepper and continue stirring for 3 minutes till soft. Remove from heat and add balsamic vinegar and toss. Serve hot.

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
