Ragi is an Indian millet high in calcium and carbohydrates and makes a healthy breakfast.
Steps

Mix the ragi and rice flour in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Add the curd and water. Whisk to get a a lump free thin batter. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush with some butter. Keep the flame on high and pour a ladleful of the batter. Let it cook one side, add some butter and then flip and cook from the other side.

Cook till done and Enjoy hot..
