Ingredients

  • 3-4bread slices
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • As neededDry fruits
  • 1/2 cupMava

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare chashni on one side using 1cup sugar and half cup water.

  2. 2

    On another end heat oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Make ghevar shape on bread using bowl and bottle lid.

    Now deep fry these breads and then dip them in the chashi for few seconds.

    Now decorate it with mava and dry fruits.
