Cube up the roast and put in a crockpot. Throw all ingredients in (except tomatillos)

Cook 4-5 hours (if raw) just at a boil (don’t add water)

Tomatillos: 30 minutes prior to finishing drain and use a blender and add to pot. (Add to taste)

Serve with tortilla, rice, beans
