Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 6-8pineapple rings
  • 2puff pastry
  • 250 gcottage cheese
  • Sugar (for caramelizing the pineapple rings)
  • Butter (for caramelizing)
  • You can add anything else you want in the pie

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 200 celcius (392 F)

  2. 2

    Caramelize the pineapple rings until nice and brown

  3. 3

    Put the puff pastry as pad and walls in any bowl you like (of course the bowl needs to handle heat)

  4. 4

    Put the cottage cheese on puff pastry and even it out

  5. 5

    Add the pineapples on top

  6. 6

    Cut out lines of pastry and put like you see in any other pie example(this pie is cooked) and apply egg wash

    Put it in the oven for 30 -35 minutes

  8. 8

    Take it out and enjoy !
