  • 225 gramsSalmon trout
  • 2Avocado
  • b
  • 9 gramsDried bonito
  • 1-2 (21 centimeters)square
  • 500The ml water
  • c
  • 160 gramsSalt koji
  • Tablespoon4 Grated cheese
  • Tablespoon4 Olive oil
  • 60 gramsBitter orange soy sauce
  • 1little Japanese horseradish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice.

  2. 2

    Cut A material in bite sized pieces.

    Fill water into a pot and put in seaweed.

  4. 4

    When boiling lightly, take out seaweed.

  5. 5

    After take out seaweed,set fire for a while.

  6. 6

    When boiling, turned off fire soon. Put in dried bonito fully into a pot.

  7. 7

    Soak dried bonito gently with large chopsticks.

  8. 8

    Turned off fire and filter dried bonito one minute later.
