  • 1 cupplain flour
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 tbspbutter

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another

    Slowly and gently mix all in one Bowl

    Don't over mix,lumps are perfectly fine and cover it for some mintues

    Now heat the pan at med flame,put little butter and ladle one spoon of batter onto it

    Once it starts bubbling flip it around

    Finally it done and serve with some berries, potato wedges and honey or maple syrup over it
