Steps

Take a Blender Jar add Semolina,curd, green chilli.

Add ginger, coriander leaves with stem and make paste.if paste is thick then add 1/2 Cup of water and blend again.

Paste is Ready.now add salt mix Well.rest for 15 minutes.for Stuffing take a Pan add oil 3 tsp.

Add Asafoetida, Cumin seeds, black Mustard seeds, green chilli 3, curry leaves,Turmeric Powder.roast well.now add Boiled and mashed potatoes,add Chaat Masala.mix well.

Add Coriander Leaves in the stuffing.potato Stuffing is Ready.now take a steel glass Grease with oil.now take Stuffing and make lengthwise roll.place it in the middle of the glass.

Now take Semolina paste add in the glass around the stuffing.cover the glass completely.now take a Idli stand.boil water.now place the glasses in the Idli stand.cook for 15 minutes.

When Mixture cooked.take out from the Idli stand.leave 5 minutes as it is.now with the help of a knife remove the sides of the mixture.

Now tap the glass.rolls comes out from the glass.now cuts in pieces.

Suji Discs is Ready.now make a tadka for Suji Discs.take a Pan add oil 2 tsp,add Asafoetida-1/4tsp, Cumin seeds, black Mustard seeds, green chilli,curry leaves, and coriander leaves and roast well.now put Suji Discs and fry both the sides.
