Prepare all your ingredients.

Peel potatoes and cut round disc shapes.

In a big bowl add 1cup flour and 1 cup gram flour.(You can use 2cups wheat flour if you don't have the green gram flour)

Using your 1n1/2 cups of water,make a thick paste.Add your spices

Add garlic after mixing properly.

Add dhania and onions.

Add your sliced potatoes and mix.(The thick paste allows better coating)

Heat oil in a Karai under high flame once hot start frying.

Serve as desired.
