Mutton yakhni pulao

Add mutton 4 cup water salt andcinamon sticks cumin cardimom ginger piece garlic 1 onion peeled in a pressure cooker cover and cook after whistle start for 15 minutes

Wash and soak 3 cup rice in a bowl for 30 minutes

Add oil in a pan add oil add onion fry until brown add water for brown colour of pulao

Add g g paste cook for 1 minute add green chillies tomatoes and salt.cook until tomatoes soft

Open pressure cooker and remove mutton from mutton stock

Add mutton in prepared masala when tomatoes tender fry for 4 minute

Strain mutton stock and add in mutton.when boiled add rice.

Cover and cook until some moisture remain

Pur a cotton cloth around lid cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

After 10 minutes open lid.serve hot with raita and salad.
